WHY WORK WITH ME
I have worked with small, medium and big pharma R&D and medical affairs for over 30 years in several therapy areas: neurology, oncology, critical care, women's health, respiratory and animal health - and with different modalities. My experience accross therapy areas enables innovative solutions and thoughtful medical insights. Integrity is self-evident and profound knowledge on the requirements makes all the complexity simpler.
From the first connection to negotiations and joint working, I'm easily approachable and willing to integrate to your team. I have been successfully leading big and small teams, establishing and negotiating collaborations and outsourcing pharma R&D tasks throughout my career. Working together with people is the best part of this work.
I have had crucial roles in the development of several currently marketed products - for instance in both the blockbuster drugs originating from Finland in women's health and oncology. Several IND's, marketing autorizations, and hundred's of phase 1 to 4 clinical studies globally have been successfully conducted under my leadership. Many of my initiatives for organizational and process changes were taken into use by my earlier employers.
