UNIQUE APPROACH

Flexible engagement models

I support Finnish and European pharma and biotech companies, and other stakeholders, through flexible engagement models tailored to their needs - with value-based, hourly-based, or with part-time retainer engagement.

Engagements are pragmatic, confidential, and outcome-oriented, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution. Part of the initial induction to your company and assets would be on me, and not every hour is invoiced.

Interim medical leadership roles would be retainer -based and time-limited roles of senior medical head/leader/adviser or Chief Medical Officer during e.g. transitions or critical development phases.

As needed, I could provide medical and development expertise for boards, and establish and contribute to development committees and advisory boards.
